Terms And Conditions

General:

A deposit of £20 is required to confirm booking for all Appointment types.

Full payment should be made before attending your appointment, the link to complete your payment is included in the original Invoice email.

You will receive a reminder by email or text 2 days prior to your appointment to make full payment.

All bookings must be fully paid before attending the clinic.

Payments are non-returnable but are transferrable to a new date as per our cancellation policy.

If you fail to attend the appointment your payment will be lost.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your appointment any time up to 48 hours before your appointment time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in loss of payment.

There is a cancellation link provided as part of your confirmation e-mail, in the reminder e-mail and in the reminder text message.

If you need to rearrange an appointment, this cannot be done online.

Your name and contact details.
When your original appointment was, time and date.
Your new proposed appointment time and date.
- We may contact you where an appointment at this time is not available.
You will receive a notification of the new Appointment.
