COVID 19 Protocol:
Please wear a face covering when attending The FootParlour.
All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sterilized as always and chairs and treatment area is sanitized between patients. Please allow us time to carry out these procedures for everyone’s safety.
During these times, we would appreciate where possible and appropriate that only the patient attends the surgery and friends and relatives wait outside.
We utilise all PPE for the treatments as recommended and advised by the HPC.
General:
By making your appointment with us, you agree to observe our terms of booking.
Please arrive on time for your appointments as late arrivals will reduce your treatment time.
Appointments can be made over the phone, by email or text message. Payment can be taken over the phone by credit or debit cards or personally by cash or credit/debit card.
After your treatment, you can pay the balance of your treatment by cash, credit or debit card.
Please note that we do not accept cheques, American Express and Diners cards.
We reserve the right to update our list of treatments without notice.
Chiropody:
For new Patient bookings, there is a £15 nonrefundable deposit taken at the time of appointment booking.
For all appointments there is a 24hrs notice late cancellation or missed appointment fee of £15 per appointment that will be chargable.
Colonic Hydrotherapy:
A 50% transferable but non refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, for any reason, please give us as much notice as possible. Single appointments cancelled with less than one full working days’ notice may be charged at 50% of the price.
Same day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged in full.
Non Invasive Ultrasonic Liposuction:
To secure all package deals 50% payment upfront is necessary. This payment is transferable but non-refundable.
All appointments are subject to a 24hr cancellation or rearrangement condition.
Any changes to pre-booked courses appointments may be subject to a £10 admin fee.
Same day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged in full.
Sports Injury Massage:
Bookings for Sports Injury Massage are made directly with the therapist.
